A CHANNEL WHERE YOU CAN REPORT ANY POSSIBLE NON-COMPLIANCE OR IRREGULARITY IN THE ORGANIZATION, AS DESCRIBED IN THE LAW 2/2023, OF FEBRUARY 20, REGULATING THE PROTECTION OF PERSONS WHO REPORT REGULATORY VIOLATIONS AND THE FIGHT AGAINST CORRUPTION.

IMPARTIAL INVESTIGATION PROCESS

ONCE A REPORT IS FILED, OUR TEAM OF EXPERTS WILL THOROUGHLY INVESTIGATE THE MATTER OBJECTIVELY AND DILIGENTLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH INTERNAL REGULATIONS AND APPLICABLE LAW. THE RIGHTS OF THOSE INVOLVED, IN PARTICULAR THE PRESUMPTION OF INNOCENCE, WILL BE RESPECTED THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS.



WHAT EVENTS CAN BE REPORTED?

YOU CAN REPORT THROUGH THE ETHICS CHANNEL THOSE ISSUES THAT YOU CONSIDER MAY REPRESENT A BREACH OF THE LEGAL REGULATIONS, THE CODE OF ETHICS OR ANY INTERNAL REGULATIONS IN FORCE, SUCH AS:

  • FINANCIAL OFFENSES OR OFFENSES AGAINST ASSETS
  • COMPETITION OFFENSES
  • NON-COMPLIANCE WITH DATA PROTECTION REGULATIONS
  • OTHER SERIOUS BREACHES

QUESTIONS RELATED TO ADVERTISING, COMPLAINTS, ETC. SHOULD BE SUBMITTED VIA CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS CHANNEL IS FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE COMPANY TO REPORT A BREACH OF INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL LEGAL REGULATIONS.

PROTECTION AGAINST RETALIATION

WE DO NOT TOLERATE ANY FORM OF RETALIATION AGAINST PEOPLE WHO REPORT IN GOOD FAITH. WE ARE COMMITTED TO SAFEGUARDING THE RIGHTS AND INTEGRITY OF THOSE WHO DARE TO REPORT ANY WRONGDOING. WE WILL TAKE APPROPRIATE DISCIPLINARY ACTION AGAINST ANY INDIVIDUAL WHO RETALIATES AGAINST A COMPLAINANT.

RESOLUTION AND FOLLOW-UP

UPON COMPLETION OF THE INVESTIGATION, WE WILL TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION TO ADDRESS THE PROBLEM IDENTIFIED AND, WHERE POSSIBLE, TAKE CORRECTIVE ACTION TO PREVENT FUTURE VIOLATIONS. IN ADDITION, WE ARE COMMITTED TO KEEPING THE COMPLAINANT INFORMED OF THE PROGRESS AND RESOLUTION OF HIS OR HER COMPLAINT, WHENEVER POSSIBLE AND PERMITTED BY LAW.
