Being part of the Castañer club allows you to enjoy exclusive advantages and experiences. For every € purchase you make at Castañer stores and castaner.com, you will accumulate points that you can redeem for rewards and benefits. You can also earn additional points through your interactions with the brand.

HOW CAN I GET POINTS?

Points for leveling up can be obtained from purchases or interactions with the brand.

PER PURCHASE: 1 point per euro spent.

INTERACTIONS WITH THE BRAND:

  • Newsletter subscription - 50 points.
  • For following @Castanerofficial on Instagram - 10 points.
  • For following Castañer on Facebook - 10 points
DO MY POINTS COUNT?

Points that have been accumulated by the user do not expire.

HOW CAN I REGISTER IN WE ARECASTAÑER?

Join the club for free by creating your account at castañer.com or providing your e-mail address at any of our stores.

I HAVE REGISTERED IN A STORE, CAN I ALSO GET BENEFITS ONLINE?

You can enjoy all the benefits of the club also online by creating an account or logging in at castaner.com. Remember to use the same e-mail address you used to register in the store.

DO I RECEIVE POINTS FOR ALL MY PURCHASES AT CASTAÑER?

You receive points for all your purchases at Castañer, in store and
online.

HOW CAN I KNOW MY POINTS AND AVAILABLE BENEFITS?

Access the WE ARE CASTAÑER section of your castaner.com account to know your total points and discover all the advantages and experiences
that you can obtain with them.

You can also check how to earn more points with different actions and review your history of points earned and used.

WHERE AND HOW CAN I ENJOY MY BENEFITS?

In our stores, identify yourself at the cash register with your e-mail or phone number, so that the points acquired for the purchase are recorded in your WE ARE CASTAÑER account. For online purchases, log in to your account before making the purchase in order to get points for your purchase.

WHAT DO THE STATUSES "APPROVED", "PENDING" AND "CANCELLED" MEAN?
  • Passed: These are the points that you have earned and that grant you benefits.

  • Pending: These points need to be verified before they can be redeemed. It usually applies to points accumulated for purchases that take 30 days to be approved.

  • Cancelled: These points appear when you make a return, the points acquired in that purchase will be subtracted from your account, returning to the position acquired before making that purchase.
BIRTHDAY GIFT WE ARE CASTAÑER

As a WE ARE CASTAÑER user you can receive an exclusive gift during the month of your birthday (only one gift per year). The birthday gift can be obtained by making a purchase at castañer.com by entering the code received or personally going to any of the Castañer stores subject to the "WE ARE CASTAÑER" Program, showing the code to any employee.

IN WHICH STORES CAN I ENJOY THE ADVANTAGES OF WE ARE CASTAÑER?

The Castañer points of sale adhered to the Program, and referred to throughout these Terms and Conditions, include all Castañer stores in Spain (Castañer Coello, Castañer Llafranc, Castañer Cadaqués, Castañer Sevilla, Castañer Palma de Mallorca, Castañer Barcelona), as well as the online store castaner.com in Europe.
