Legal basis for participation in the Carina/Pablo Sweepstakes promotion

1. COMPANY ORGANIZING THE PROMOTION

The company ESPADRILLES BANYOLES SL, with registered office at C/ MENUTS, 28, Banyoles, 17829 and identification number B50558360, organizes for promotional purposes the present draw (hereinafter, "the Promotion"), of national scope, to be carried out through the Internet, exclusively for users residing in Spain, France, Italy, Europe, United Kingdom and United States, of legal age, in accordance with the provisions of the section on conditions for participation.

2. START DATE AND END DATE

The Promotion will begin on March 3, 2025 and end on June 18, 2025.

Two winners will be selected at two different times during the drawing:

  • The first winner will be chosen on April 18, 2025.
  • The second winner will be selected on June 18, 2025.

The company reserves the right to cancel the promotion if, at the start date, a minimum participation of 50 entries has not been recorded. Similarly, the company may extend the promotion for a maximum of two additional weeks, with a new end date of June 30, 2025, if the number of 50 registrations is exceeded.

3. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND MECHANICS OF THE PROMOTION

Participation in the Promotion implies full acceptance of these Legal Bases.

Participation requirements:

  • Persons over 18 years of age residing in Spain, France, Italy, Europe, United Kingdom and United States are eligible to participate.
  • Only those who complete the registration form with their name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number and date of birth, and accept the legal terms, conditions and privacy policy of Castañer will be able to participate.
  • The data provided must be truthful.
  • Each participant may only register once in the Promotion.

4. CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION AND PRIZES

Two winners (one on April 18 and one on June 18) and five alternates will be chosen for each draw. The selection will be made randomly through the Easypromos platform, which guarantees the transparency of the draw by means of a certificate of validity, the result of which is unalterable by the organizer.

Each winner will be able to choose one of the following models in the height, color and size of their preference, provided that these are in stock at the time of prize selection:

Exclusions: All models of the Castañer brand not expressly mentioned in these rules are excluded from the promotion.

Castañer will contact the winners by email and/or SMS within a maximum period of 10 days after the selection. If a winner does not respond within this period, the prize will be assigned to an alternate, following the established order.

The holding of the draw and the awarding of the prize are subject to current tax regulations.
