RETURN POLICY
DISTRIBUCIONES CALZADOS BANYOLES, S.L. ("CASTAÑER") ACCEPTS THE RETURN OF ITS PRODUCTS WITHIN A MAXIMUM PERIOD OF THIRTY (30) CALENDAR DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE OF THE PRODUCT. FOR THE RETURN TO BE ACCEPTED, THE PRODUCT MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION IN WHICH IT WAS RECEIVED.
RETURNS WITHOUT COST
RETURNS WILL HAVE NO COST TO THE CUSTOMER, PROVIDED THAT THE METHOD PROVIDED AND SPECIFIED ON THIS PAGE IS USED. IN THE EVENT THAT THE RETURN OF THE ORDER HAS COSTS FOR CUSTOMS CLEARANCE, THESE WILL BE ASSUMED BY CASTAÑER IN ITS ENTIRETY.
THE CUSTOMER MUST SEND THE PRODUCT IN THE SAME BOX OR IN PACKAGING SIMILAR TO THE ORIGINAL. IN CASE THE PRODUCT IS NOT SENT WITH THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND THIS SUFFERS DAMAGE, CASTAÑER WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH DAMAGE AND THEREFORE WILL NOT VALIDATE THE RETURN.

THE CUSTOMER MUST ACCESS THE LINK RETURNS.CASTANER.COM AND REQUEST THE COLLECTION. IN THE CASE THAT THE RETURN IS MADE FROM THE BALEARIC ISLANDS, THE CLIENT WILL HAVE TO ACCEDE IN THE LINK DEVOLUCIONES-ISLAS-BALEARES.CASTANER.COM AND REQUEST THE COLLECTION.
1.2. COLLECTION POINT AT THE POST OFFICE
GO TO A POST OFFICE AND SHOW THE CODE THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE TOGETHER WITH THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE RETURN INSIDE YOUR ORDER.

2.1 FROM
THE CUSTOMER WILL RECEIVE A RETURN LABEL INSIDE THE PACKAGING OF THE ORDER. YOU MUST HAVE LOCATED THE WAYBILL NUMBER, YOU CAN FIND IT ON THE RETURN LABEL PROVIDED.

2.2. DHL EXPRESS SERVICE POINT
THE CUSTOMER MUST ATTACH THE RETURN LABEL ON THE PACKAGING TO BE RETURNED AND TAKE IT TO A DHL EXPRESS SERVICE POINT. YOU CAN FIND THE NEAREST ONE AT THE FOLLOWING LINK: LOCATOR.DHL.COM
IMPORTANT
IT IS A MANDATORY REQUIREMENT TO INSERT THE DELIVERY NOTE RECEIVED INSIDE THE PACKAGING DULY COMPLETED INSIDE THE RETURN BOX TO PROCEED WITH THE RETURN. CASTAÑER RESERVES THE RIGHT NOT TO ACCEPT RETURNS WITHOUT DOCUMENTATION.
WILL ALWAYS REFUND THE AMOUNT PAID ON THE DAY OF PURCHASE FOR THE ITEM ON THE METHOD OF PAYMENT USED FOR THE PURCHASE. IF YOU WANT TO MAKE A CHANGE AND A NEW PURCHASE IS GENERATED, THE AMOUNT TO BE PAID WILL BE THE CURRENT RATE OF THE DAY OF THE NEW ORDER.
ONCE CASTAÑER RECEIVES THE ITEM TO BE RETURNED, WE WILL PROCEED TO ITS VALIDATION AND, WHERE APPROPRIATE, TO THE RELEVANT REFUND WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS. THE ECONOMIC AMOUNT WILL BE TRANSFERRED ON THE SAME METHOD OF PAYMENT WITH WHICH THE PURCHASE WAS MADE. THE TIME PERIOD FOR THE ECONOMIC REFUND TO BECOME EFFECTIVE WILL DEPEND ON THE DESTINATION BANK, WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU CONTACT THE CORRESPONDING BANK FOR MORE INFORMATION.
CHANGES ARE NOT ALLOWED
TO MAKE A CHANGE OF ARTICLE, IT WILL BE NECESSARY TO RETURN THE ITEM TO CHANGE AND THEN, ONCE RECEIVED THE RELEVANT ECONOMIC REFUND, THE CUSTOMER MAY PLACE A NEW ORDER. THE PRICES OF THE ARTICLES MAY VARY IN PERIODS OF SALES OR PROMOTIONS. EXCHANGES WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF INVENTORY AT THE TIME OF THE NEW PURCHASE.
